After 32 years practicing medicine in Licking County I have decided to retire. I am very thankful God has given me the privilege to care for so many people. You have touched my soul and heart over the years in so many ways. Christ is the ultimate healer and physician but I know each one of us will continue in our own way to heal one another. I will miss you all!The practice will close November 30, 2021 at noon. As of December 1, 2021 your health records from this Practice will be transferred to Morgan Records Management, LLC (the “Records Custodian”). The complete transfer may take a couple of weeks.  This "Records Custodian"  will continue to maintain your records in accordance with applicable confidentiality and security standards and with other applicable laws. Your records will be destroyed no less than six years after the last date of services you received from this Practice. If you wish to have a copy of your records sent to you or to another provider or facility, you may submit a written request to DR Morris' office at this time, or to the "Records Custodian" after DECEMBER 1, 2021.
